MONDAY-SATURDAY

1. Payments made before 15:00 PM WIB will be shipped on the same day (excluding Go-Send, Grab, and Sicepat).
2. Payments made after 15:00 PM WIB will be shipped on the next business day (excluding Go-Send, Grab, and Sicepat).
3. Couriers such as JNE, J&T, AnterAja, etc., will pick up packages between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM WIB.

SUNDAY / NATIONAL HOLIDAYS

1. Payments made on Sundays or national holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
2. Deliveries may take longer than usual due to order congestion during holidays. Please be patient while waiting for your shipment.

SPECIFICALLY FOR GO-SEND & GRAB

1. Payments made before 13:00 AM WIB will be shipped on the same day.
2. Payments made after 13:00 AM WIB will be shipped on the next business day.
3. GoSend & Grab (Sameday/Instant) will pick up packages between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM WIB.
4. For faster delivery, it is recommended to use GoSend Instant or Grab Express. The Sameday service may take longer.

NOTES

1. All shipments will be picked up, not dropped off at the counter.
2. The tracking number (AWB) and order status will be updated and can be tracked after the courier picks up the package and scans the barcode.
3. Once the package is picked up by the courier, please be patient while waiting for the delivery. The delivery speed may vary due to location, time, and specific conditions.
